Agent White acquired information that Penny Pincher is using the website Spy-Coins.com as a key for the following intercepted communication. 

Agent White also feels the encoding method has slightly changed from the first 4 Intels dispatched.  It is still believed straightforward. Penny Pincher seems to have included hints for decoding his message within the transmission.
