Agent White acquired information that Penny Pincher is using the website Spy-Coins.com as a key for the following intercepted communication. 

Agent White also feels the encoding method has slightly changed from the previous 4 Intels dispatched.  It is still believed straightforward, and Penny Pincher seems to have provided a hint at the bottom for his transmission.
